The Center for Career Development partners with students on campus to get ready for the launch of their professional career, starting from their very first semester, when all students engage with the Center through their first-year seminar. Staff at the Center work with students on all aspects of preparation for their unique career path, and thanks to their support and faculty mentors, students can take on their future with confidence.
Alumni, parents, and friends of WC play a vital role in this work. There are countless ways to help students explore careers firsthand, through job shadowing, mock interviews, mentoring, and especially through internship opportunities that offer real on-the-job experience.
For December Do Good Days, we're inviting you to support students in one of the most impactful ways possible: by offering an internship opportunity. This can be an internship you personally can host, or one available through your workplace or organization.
