Shore Strong is a 36-Hour Athletics Challenge celebrating Goose Nation and the power of giving back. Students, employees, alumni, family and friends come together virtually and show their support for their favorite teams. You can make a positive impact on our student-athletes by making a gift to any team during this event, and $100,000 in match funds mean that your gift can go further.

The funds raised go directly to enhancing the overall experience for all student-athletes and will be utilized to support the specific needs of each program as they strive for excellence on the playing field and beyond.

Yes! Just getting the word out is key. We hope you’ll support this important effort to earn the full match funds by telling your friends, interacting with our posts on social media, and sharing them on your own social media. Don't forget to use the hashtag #shorestrong to show up on our social media feed! Or the easiest way is to become a Shore Strong Ambassador. You will have access to ready-made content to share and your own custom link to share on social, which allows you to track how many donors from your network you have matched, find out how much you have raised, and see how much of a difference you are making. Plus, the top 3 Shore Strong Ambassadors will win a swag bundle!

Yes! You can make multiple gifts at one time. Select your first gift amount and complete the necessary steps at the top of the form. Before the “Contact Information” section, there is an “Add Additional Gift” option. Click this to add an additional gift to another area you desire. After clicking, a “Gift #2” option will populate. You must complete this section and the remaining categories before submitting.

Yes! Please select an option under the “In Memory or Honor of?” section on the Donate page to make your gift in honor or in memoriam of a person or organization.  

Yes, your gift can be made anonymously. While completing the Giving Form, check “Yes” under the “I would like my donation to be anonymous.” Your information will not appear on the donor wall when selecting this option.  

Yes, your gift is tax-deductible. You will be emailed a receipt that can be used for tax purposes.
